Using the <strong data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"806\">Delphi consensus method<\/strong>, multidisciplinary experts from more than 20 countries identified key gaps in our understanding of drug behavior during ECMO\u2014spanning sedatives, analgesics, antimicrobials, anticoagulants, and and emerging therapeutics.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1445\">This position article serves as a roadmap for future investigations that aim to optimize medication use, advance pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modelling, and ultimately improve outcomes for critically ill patients supported with ECMO.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
